We have learnt over the years that many of our clients are well connected with various trades, these might be friends, family or good old fashioned contacts.

We don’t believe that you should ‘settle for less’ when it comes to building your dream home, so we’ve developed a way that can give you the home you want and the quality you deserve, at the price you want to pay.

You tell us your wish list and your budget, we will help you through the design stages and undertake the preliminary and structural building works through the lock-up stage. You then take back the project and do the fit-out and finishing touches yourself, hence saving some money.

A perfect option for those with a few handy friends willing to pitch in to complete the project. We do all the hard stuff and let you have all the fun. We will always be there for you as a a back stop if you need help.
